Dynamic Websites

We design dynamic sites with packages such as Joomla, Wordpress, Zen Cart, Magento etc.

Dynamic websites are known as 'Content Management Systems' (CMS) as they contain multiple pages that require a database to drive them.

As the content within these sites is interactive, the pages are continually changing.

This type of website includes directories, e-commerce (shopping carts etc), networking sites and many more.

The price for a dynamic CMS website starts from just £149 (€179/$235).

Content for your website

Send us your content in any text file, such as word, wordpad etc. You can do this during the 'Ordering your website' checkout process or you cand send information to us seperately.

Don't worry if you are not ready to add content to your site - this can be added at any time during the build process or after.

Images, graphics, photography and branding for your website

We are brand specialists from name creation to your completed logo and design.

Should you require logo design we can undertake this requirement for you. Please select this option when you make your order.

Alternatively send us your logo and any other images you would like included by using our upload feature in the checkout process.

Through the internet we have access to an unlimited supply of different images and photographs from image banks such as iStockphoto, Dreamstime, Shutterstock etc. The use of these images or photographs may incur a cost. Please note that the price of images can vary upwards from a few pounds.

Should your image requirements be more specific we can supply a professional photographer by arrangement. Please note the cost of any professional photographer used will be extra.

Email Marketing and Promoting your website

So you then have a website - what do you do next!.

We will automatically 'optimise' your website for all major search engines (SEO = Search Engine Optimisation).

Additionally there are various ways you can drive traffic and viewers to you site, we can:-

• Assist you to set up social networking options such as pages on Facebook and Twitter, or create this option on your behalf.
• Set up email marketing campaigns for you, using email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
• Collect email addresses and build a database for your needs.
• Implement various tools such as Google AdSense and Google Analytics.

We can always advise you of the best solution to take.

Our marketing and promotion is arranged after completion of your website and is entirely optional.

Our prices for monthly promotion of your website start from just £49.99 and we have various options available to suit your needs.

Administrating and running your website

So you have your website and target audience..

Your options are to administrate the new site by yourself or by your team. Our websites come with administration pages so you can regularly update content and check how your site is doing. We provide user manuals to help you with this.

But if you are busy, VERY busy, then we can do this for you. We provide various options to suit your needs, we can:-

• Fully administrate your site for you.
• Fully administrate any business social networking pages (such as Facebook, Twitter etc) that you have.
• Contact you on a regular basis for your updates and changes.
• Provide detailed analysis of your site statistics using Google Analytics so you can monitor how many 'hits' (page views) your site receives.
• Provide additional administration in support of your business.

Our monthly fee for this optional service starts from just £29.99. We have various options available from basic administrative requirements to completely running your site online! - this latter option is perfect if you have a business where you regularly need to be away from your computer.

Domain names and hosting for your website

If you require a domain name then we can acquire this for you, or alternatively you can purchase this yourself. We obtain all our domains through either 123-Reg or GoDaddy.

Should you require hosting it is FREE for all small and medium sized websites is during the first year!.. we host our websites within our own servers.

Beyond the first year our hosting costs are as follows:-

• Small website - £59 (€69/$95)
• Medium website - £99 (€119/$159)

If your site is large our rates start from £14.99 pcm from when your site is completed. Large sites are deemed to be those with multiple functionality that use alot of bandwidth.

All our hosting plans include multiple functions including up to 10 email addresses.

General ongoing maintenance and updates

Beyond completion of your website our service is always available to you.

Our hourly rate starts from £40.00 and any work completed is charged on an hourly pro-rata rate for every 15 minutes. Our minimum charge is £10.00.

All hosting system and content management system updates are completed free of charge.
